T&C (order issues)
If an items has been ordered incorrectly & you have recieved it we cannot offer a refund as our items are personalised as per your order.
If you have ordered and incorrectly supplied us with the wrong contact information due to spelling error or incorrect number given a replacement disc will need to be purchased which is in our listings.
As most of our items are currently made to order & personalised, we do not accept returns on any tags, keyrings & bag charms
We do not offer a refund if you're unhappy with the colouring or design of the product. As mentioned in our disclaimer, the exact colouring and style will vary between each product as they are all handmade. This also stands with the reverse of the tag. Depending how much information you give us to put on will make the back look different which is why we advise on the amount to out in the back *see contact info page* - anything that is not personalised we will offer store credit to use for the total amount of the items in cost (not inc postage)
Human Apparel: Sizing is a personal opinion we offer an exchange to correct your size as these items are pre order only & made to you ordering at the time we cannot issue a refund unless faulty of which we will assess once returned. These do need to be returned within 28 days of you receiving your parcel.
Please note should you need to change size the normal turn around (up to 14 days) will be back in play as these are made to order by our supplier.
Items should be returned, unused and with all garment tags still attached.
Please ensure that these item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

Arrange for postage (address given to you via email with any returns numbers once you have notified us with a reason and exchange size)
You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our studio. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send.
All custom orders are excluded from the returns policy.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be liable for the cost of return postage. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
